Cancellation Policy

A cancelled appointment is a loss to THREE people:

• the client that missed the reserved appointment time
• the client who could have used that reserved time with the stylist
• the stylist who was fully prepared for the appointment

**A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED. CHRONIC RULE BREAKERS WILL BE CHARGED A FULL SERVICE FEE**
